Fastest/Bestest Week Ever!

This week has been busy! Honestly it has just flown by. We did a lot of traveling. On Tuesday we had Zone Conference which was really good. My favorite training was when the missionary assistants to the mission president gave a training on the power of the Book of Mormon. They asked great questions like: what does the Book of Mormon mean to you? Or, what would your life be like without the Book of Mormon? Such good questions! And it really helped me understand the strength and power that comes with studying and applying its teachings based on my life now and experiences long ago.

Wednesday we had an exchange for the day in Stevenage with Elder Reid and Elder Balzen. That was really cool and we met some awesome people on the street and taught a lesson to one of their friends on date for baptism next month about the wonderful story of the Tree of Life given in the Book of Mormon.

We have been teaching one of our friends named Jennifer as well and she loves meeting and learning more with us. We recently taught her the Gospel of Jesus Christ and talked a lot about baptism with her as well.

Pretty much all week we have been teaching our friend, Frank, and getting him prepared for his baptism! He was super excited and we were anxious for him as well for it to happen! So Friday night we cleaned the font which had some spiders and dust in it to prep for Sunday.

Saturday we had a church stake-wide service project in Stevenage and packed books for a charity that helps make libraries for communities in Kenya. Super cool and really fun. After that we had a District Council in St. Albans.

Sunday was Epic because it was Frank's special day!! We had a wonderful church service, followed by an amazing baptism. Frank is a legend and has truly been ready and prepared for the living the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing the joy that comes to others as they follow the Savior. We have been teaching him for a couple weeks now and to see the person he was to the person he is now is a such big difference!

Today we went to Stevenage for P-day, and hung out with Elder Reid, Elder Balzen, and the Sister-Training leaders. We got some awesome Italian food and went shopping at Primark (Best place to shop in all of England)

Hope everyone has a wonderful week!

Spiritual Thought: Mosiah ch. 5: 8-9

"8 And under this head ye are made free, and there is no other head whereby ye can be made free. There is no other name given whereby salvation cometh; therefore, I would that ye should take upon you the name of Christ, all you that have entered into the covenant with God that ye should be obedient unto the end of your lives.

9 And it shall come to pass that whosoever doeth this shall be found at the right hand of God, for he shall know the name by which he is called; for he shall be called by the name of Christ"
